What we collect
When you submit the Athlete Growth Audit request form, we collect the information you choose to send: name, email, business name, website, optional phone, optional Instagram, business type, sport focus, current intake or booking link, monthly inquiry range, current growth problem, and optional notes.
We also store a hashed version of the IP address that submitted the form, the page the form was submitted from, the user-agent string, and any UTM parameters present in the URL. These are used only to debug submissions and understand which outreach is working.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to review your conversion path and send you the audit by email. We may follow up by email about that specific audit or about Full Roster availability.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. The audit response is sent to your inbox — not posted, not shared, not sold.
Service providers
Submitted information is stored in Supabase (database hosting) and the audit notification email is sent through Resend (transactional email). Both providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We do not use any third-party advertising or remarketing pixels on this site. If basic analytics is enabled, it runs through privacy-friendly tooling that does not set cross-site cookies.
Data retention
Audit submissions are retained while the audit is being prepared and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address below.
Your choices
You can stop receiving follow-up email at any time by replying to any message and asking to be removed.
You can request a copy or deletion of any information you submitted by emailing hello@getfullroster.com.
